EMAX is a green tech company developing digital solutions for a clean, sustainable and decentralized energy system of the future. Our mission is to accelerate the digital energy transition by strengthening consumer engagement in green initiatives. We want to support the global fight against climate change and empower citizens and companies to become leaders in the green revolution. We develop digital solutions, based on AI, IoT and blockchain, to give consumers the tools to participate in the future energy market. We also create new business models for commercial and technical business cases for aggregation, demand response, energy storage, renewable energy, and virtual power plant participation in wholesale markets. EMAX is active in leveraging cutting-edge technologies and concepts and is currently involved in three large-scale EU clean energy projects, FLEXITRANSTORE, INTERRFACE and FLEXIGRID. We are an entrusted innovation partner for 60+ EU wide companies. EMAX was founded in 2017 and is growing rapidly. Today, we are a strong team, with a unique blend of energy and IT expertise. We have diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing global values locally. Most of the team works from the headquarters in Brussels, but some are also based in Barcelona and Silicon Valley.
