A Câmara Municipal é o órgão executivo colegial dos municípios em Portugal, estando as suas atribuições, competências e forma de eleição previstas na Lei n.º 169/99 de 18 de Setembro. Este órgão é constituído por um presidente e por vereadores, sendo que um é designado vice-presidente, e a sua eleição é feita de quatro em quatro anos pelos cidadãos eleitores recenseados na sua área. A Câmara Municipal de Cascais é constituída por um presidente e dez vereadores e tem como missão gerir o concelho.

This experience enables the organisation to participate in all of the diverse construction segments and specialty areas including; dams, tunnel, irrigation networks, conduits and canals, maritime works, roads, highways, bridges, viaducts, railways, airports, industrial construction and building construction. Aware of the need to expand its capabilities beyond the Portuguese frontiers, MSF began to internationalise in 1997 with the creation of its International Division and the election of primary target markets in Africa and Central and Eastern Europe. Since its founding, the company has been developing projects in Angola, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Moldavia, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Poland, Qatar, São Tomé and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone and United Arab Emirates.
