Started out as a Company that designed and manufactured industrial machinery (roll-forming lines and bending equipment) having acquired technological know-how and expertise, Baomarc Automotive Solutions SpA has gained a foothold on the market as producer of component parts for the automotive industry and has become a leader supplier to the major car makers. Since 2017, Baomarc operates as a subsidiary of the BAOWU Group and represents the most important division of the BAOWU Lightweight Solutions Business Unit. Baomarc’s peculiar skill lies in managing several processes to form steel and aluminum - mainly roll forming and stretch bending - with tooling designed and built by the companies of the Group as well as in the ability to develop and to industrialize the whole production process in house. With its processes, Bamoarc produces, among others, the following products: components, pre-assemblies and assemblies in different materials (steel, HSS, UHSS, aluminum).
