Roles are filled on both a permanent and interim basis. To candidates, EM offers access to high quality opportunities, many of which are unadvertised, not available in the open market and ultimately filled exclusively by EM. The company was formed in 1993 by its two founders, acquired by a private equity (LDC) backed Human Capital Company in 2007, before being bought back into private ownership in 2009.
