Founded in 2018 by Bahar Schmidt, Eluxit seeks to become the ultimate luxury travel resale platform. Having worked in the luxury travel industry for over 25 years, Bahar saw a lot of non-refundable, yet transferable, luxury travel experiences go unused. She thought of ways for consumers to recover some of the funds by reselling their travel. She envisioned a web-based platform where travelers/sellers can recoup some of the funds, while buyers can get amazing deals on luxury travel experiences. With Eluxit, Bahar has created an exchange that is safe, secure, easy to navigate, and provides vendors and travelers peace of mind.
