A close-knit group of digital experts helping purpose driven people turn their digital product ideas into thriving organisations. At Elsewhere, people are at the heart of every successful organisation. Our approach is to establish a strong foundation of trust and understanding with the people we work with. We embrace people-first methods, tools and processes in all our work by taking inspiration from people-first ways of working, such as design thinking, coaching and human centred design. We work in partnership with organisations that share similar values and beliefs to help them nurture an idea and turn it into a thriving people-first organisation. Who we are: We are a small group of experts by design, and we work closely with a select group of partners. By understanding our close collaborators, we create a safe space that encourages more innovative thought and more stable and successful projects. How we work: We have continuous contact and support with our partners. This is not uncommon to stretch over months or even years. We work from ideation all the way to scale, with the ultimate aim of creating a thriving organisation. Our typical process begins with the initial idea/problem, defining the concepts, testing & turning that into the essence of an organisation that we can test and learn from, then scaling those that are successful. That means: ✅ We are accountable for the work we do, all the way from inception to real-world results ✅We truly collaborate with our partners, and in doing so, our partners get to learn and improve with us throughout the journey ✅ Every project teaches us more what truly works so that we can keep getting better at what we do and help to improve the organisations of those we work with By embracing the thoughtful use of technology along the way, we can spend more time focusing on the people, relationships and the impact we are trying to achieve.
