Elsa Science was established in 2017 by a team of influential scientists and award winning designers who have a passion to improve the health of people living with chronic disease. Driven by science, self-reported patient data, and individualized care, and through meaningful content and design, Elsa Science aims to make science accessible and put it in the hands of the people living with a chronic disease. Providing motivation and education through two tools - the Elsa Science Self-care app and Clinical Dashboard, bring patients and families closer together with healthcare providers through seamless data sharing. Our digital solution provides a powerful communication tool for a greater good, to better manage the illness, improve healthcare, and empower the individual to proactively self-care.
