ELRIGfr Information

ELRIGfr is a not for profit organization that was founded in June 2013 to promote exchanges between French speaking scientists in the field of lab automation technology and wants to share issues and solutions. ELRIGfr organizes congress events with scientific and/or technological presentations as well as a parallel exhibition where sponsors, suppliers of technologies in the field of automation, are able to present their products range and services. The ELRIGfr board is composed by both Scientists and Suppliers . Principal mission is to provide scientific direction and strategy of the association. Decisions are validated by the scientific college. The supplier college is advisory only. The ELRIGfr sponsors are part of the supplier college and will contribrute to define the scientific and technological guidance offered to members during annual events. A good relationship is important and transparency is essential. This healthy relationship is optimized when built on a spirit of partnership. This partnership turns to reality if a spirit of active listening and sharing is a leitmotiv that ELRIGfr will strive to maintain during board sessions. This charter aims to emphasize active participation of people representing sponsoring companies to the meetings and events organised by ELRIGfr (congress / biannual exhibition). So a win-win partnership will emerge as the manufacturer has the opportunity to work on the real user's expectations, based on continuous feedback from them via ELRIGfr association. By signing this charter (ELRIGfr provides this charter as a written reference but not contractual), the sponsor agrees to respect and accept the terms to make this partnership a long term success key.
