Here at Elma's, we love to eat great food, make great food and serve great food! To us culinary success lies in the quality and freshness of the ingredients - we endeavour to use the best available produce to ensure that every meal is memorable. Our signature dishes, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, pastas and platters are made in house right in front of your eyes and even more so we create our own sauces, salad dressings, jams, mustard and soups from premium ingredients. Our meats and cheeses, which are predominately imported, are hand picked at the peak of their flavour. The wide variety of breads are baked daily at Elma’s Bakery in Hauz Khas. We apply high standards and expectations to every item we offer. In doing so, we unconditionally guarantee you nothing short of wholesome food. You will find us at three locations in Delhi - Hauz Khas Village, Meherchand market (Lodhi colony) and within the Select CITYWALK mall - inside the Goodearth store! On our menu at Goodearth, you will find an extensive and exclusive range of gourmet salads, sandwiches and gluten free meals that our chefs have been hard at work to create. Our brasserie, in lodhi colony and our original hub in HKV are the perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner environments that both have a great bar and atmosphere too!
