Ellma turns sharp investment professionals into AI operators. Most AI training ends with a list of prompts. Ellma starts with the work already on the desk: sector screening, company research, IC materials, financial models, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting. Our hands-on four-week superuser programme is designed for cohorts of five investment professionals. Each participant selects a recurring workflow, builds working Claude Code skills, tests it against real material, and packages it so colleagues can use and improve it. The result is less time spent on assembly and formatting, more time for sourcing, analysis, and judgment, and AI capability that stays inside the firm. Programmes are delivered live and run inside the firm’s own approved Claude environment. Ellma was founded by Max Lagrell, who has spent more than 1,000 hours working with Claude Code and has delivered superuser training at Alva Labs and Alight Energy. Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
