Elliott Drilling Services, Inc. is a Specialty Subcontractor with a focus on foundation drilling and shoring. Service to general contractors began in July of 2004. With a solid foundation, both our President and Production Manger have extensive experience in drilled shaft construction, shoring and all aspects of foundation construction. Our CFO has years of successful business finance and banking experience giving the business a sound base financially. Our Office Manager has years of management, human resources, and business experience. All of which makes the flow of business, contract services and dispatch a smooth operation. Our target market at this time is primarily the Southern California Region: San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County and Los Angeles County. Our goal is to mobilize our small fleet of drilling equipment and our experienced operators to serve our clients needs efficiently, safely and cost effectively. We want to develop and maintain great working relationships with our clients well into the future. Mark Elliott is the CEO and President of Elliott Drilling Services, Inc. his history in the industry spans over 20 years, most recently as Vice President of Contracts for one of the areas largest drilling contractors. During his employment, he was involved with over 3000 projects with Contracts totaling over $150,000,000. hese projects covered the Western United States and stretched as far east as Florida and as far west as Hawaii, as far north as Alaska and as far south as Alabama. Subcontracts ranged in value from $9,000,000 to $5,000 with an average value of $120,000. Our Production Manager, Jacques Thibodeaux, has over 25 years of experience in drilling, shoring, pile driving and other intricate aspects of foundation construction. Jacques has many years of hands on experience in the field as a supervisor. He has overseen a wide range of projects with contracts ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000.
