Chefs Club reinvents the restaurant experience by inviting chefs from around the world to take over its restaurants for extended periods of time.
Chefs Club launched its first restaurant in Aspen in 2012 as a collaboration between Starwood Hotels, the St. Regis Aspen ownership and FOOD & WINE magazine. A year later, the concept was acquired by a group affiliated with the St. Regis Aspen to become Chefs Club International.
In November 2014, Chefs Club opened its dazzling flagship restaurant in the iconic Puck Building in Manhattan. Designed by David Rockwell, the New York City restaurant has become a destination on the global gastronomic map. All year round, Chefs Club invites visiting chefs to take over the space and the menu for anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months and beyond. This one-of-a-kind, singular culinary experience gives guests the opportunity to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen, the dramatic focal point of the spacious fine-dining restaurant.
In March 2017, Chefs Club opened its first fast casual restaurant, Chefs Club Counter, in the heart of the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Dubbed a "fine-fast" restaurant, Chefs Club Counter invites chefs from around the world to cook in its kitchen in the same way as Chefs Club.
