Originally developed by researchers at the University of Bristol, ELLI is both a personal and organisational development tool used by schools, universities and workplaces across the UK, Australia and the US. We believe learning should be transformational and sustainable; we are committed to changing the future of learning. As of Spring 2015, ELLI is part of The People Co-operative group, alongside our partner companies Co-op Futures and Co-operative Web, and www.vitalpartnerships.com has been replaced by www.elli.global.
