ELKAM («Experimental Laboratory of Forging Nitriding Machining») is one of the top three leading companies in the sphere of manufacturing of sucker rod pumps for oil production within the territory of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. The enterprise was founded in October 1993. Over the long-term history of intensive development we passed the way from regional manufacturer of sucker rod pumps to the integrated company with oil production equipment manufacturing facilities, scientific and design centers and research laboratories, service teams, repair and overhaul shops, operation support subsidiaries. One of the main goals of our company is individual approach and efficient solution of Customer’s problems. The main 5 activity areas of ELKAM are: manufacturing and package supplies of oilfield equipment; well servicing; engineering, repair & overhaul of oilfield equipment, guarantee and post-guarantee service. ELKAM is a team of qualified and skilled specialists by virtue of whom were developed and now are constantly being improved technologies of radial forging, vacuum ion nitriding, magnetron sputtering, deep drilling and boring. These technologies allow to manufacture high quality products, develop new designs of sucker rod pumps, check and flush valves, dual completion, well flush and warm-up equipment and others. Today ELKAM is a successful and rapidly developing company that annually manufactures 11000 sucker rod pumps and 41000 hollow sucker rods in accordance with international and Russian standards (API 11 AX, ISO 9001 & 14001, OHSAS, GOST). ELKAM is an integrated supplier of oilfield equipment and services, providing guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance. ELKAM corporate strategy is aimed at constant improvement of technologies in manufacturing and management. We are also aimed at mastering of new integrated Efficient Artificial Lift Solutions for complicated well stocks of our Customers.
