The Elizabeth Avenue Partnership (EAP) is a non-profit organization, designated by the City of Elizabeth to manage the Elizabeth Avenue Special Improvement District (SID). Since 1999, the EAP's mission has been to revitalize and enhance all aspects of the shopping district. By focusing on the following areas; aesthetics, safety and security, parking and quality business development, the Elizabeth Avenue Shopping district continues to become a more attractive and safer place for fun shopping, fine dining and first-rate merchandise.
