At Neurovision Therapy, we assess vision from a developmental and behavioral perspective. We look for aspects of how the visual process can affect behavior. We also look at how well a person has learned to use their visual process.
We provide in depth functional vision assessment in the areas of: vision development, vision and learning, crossed and “lazy eyes” (strabismus and amblyopia), special needs, and brain injury/concussion.
We are a neuro-optometric rehabilitation center serving the west suburbs of Chicago. Our developmental optometrists are specially trained in providing comprehensive neuro-optometric exams and therapeutic programming for individualized treatment sessions. We serve patients of all ages from young infants to the geriatric population who may be experiencing impaired oculomotor movements, vision-related learning difficulties, strabismus (crossed eyes), amblyopia (lazy eye), or visual impairments due to stroke, brain injuries and concussions.
At InSight Vision Therapy, our mission is to develop and improve our patients' lifelong visual function. Our doctor provides thorough binocular vision and visual-perceptual evaluations in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Our office gladly co-manages with other eye doctors and therapists in the Rogue Valley, and we will work together to take the best care of our patients. We are delighted to see people of all ages in our clinic, so if you are experiencing difficulties with eye-teaming, eye movement, vertigo or double vision, give us a call. If your child has difficulty in school, take our questionnaire to see if there may be a visual processing challenge.
