In an effort to give back to the community in a more structured environment, the Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) was formed in November 2010 by Elite Soccer of America Inc. ESCO obtained its IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt status in November 2011. Elite Soccer, incorporated in 1998, serves as a comprehensive soccer-based youth development organization with 40+ coaches supporting over 2,000 players in its year round programming for youth ages 3-18. ESCO’s mission is to build community by developing youth through soccer in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. ESCO’s vision is to become a national non-profit model for building strong communities by empowering and developing tomorrow’s leaders through soccer. ESCO values social responsibility, character, leadership and education. The four programmatic pillars of the Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) are: ◾Support & Partnership ◾Financial Assistance/Scholarship ◾Youth Leadership Program ◾Education As a new non-profit organization, ESCO will implement these programs as funds become available.
