The history of Elite Security dates back to 1997 when Elite Security Security Company was founded in Moscow by local security professionals with significant experience in guarding and security. To meet the growing needs of its clients, Elite Security Holding Company was created to own and manage the expanding network of its security companies in Moscow and throughout Russia. Not less than 70% of each subsidiary belongs to Elite Security Holding Company. The management and staff of Elite Security are highly-experienced foreign and Russian individuals drawn from a wide range of security service, law-enforcement and commercial backgrounds who have adapted their former training to meet the requirements of today's commercial security environment. Elite Security has its head offices in Moscow and is well established in strategic locations throughout Russia and the Former Soviet Union, providing quality security services to clients throughout the country. As of today, Elite Security employs over 4,000 professional staff and services 120 Clients and over 200 security contracts.
