ELIT REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL COMPANY - Core Business - Our core business is to perform on-site analysis and appraise values of real estates, real estate projects and rights and benefits based on real estates, as well as any movable properties such as machinery, equipments, vehicles, etc. possessed by any public or private organization, or any real person or legal entity, and to prepare any report required for such appraisal, and to submit analysis and feasibility reports, and to report our opinions in case of any problem, all in accordance with the relevant legislation in force. - Services - Appraisal of the value of: * House, * Work place, * Building, * Land, * Tourism facilities, * Filling station, * Plaza, * Business centre, * Shopping centre, * Industrial plant and factory, * Warehouse, * Properties subject to timeshare, * Any machinery and equipment, * Real estate projects [at planning stage or under construction] * Rights and benefits based on real estates [superficies, long-term leasing, build-operate-transfer, usufruct right, etc.] possessed by any public or private organization, or any real person or legal entity; and appraisal of rent amount for the same; and issuance of their reports in accordance with the relevant legislation in force. Our Company has been included in the “List of Real Estate Appraisal Companies” by the Capital Market Board (CMB) as of September 12th, 2003. Our Company was duly authorized by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on March 8th, 2010 in order to render services for “appraisal of a real estate, a real estate project or rights and benefits based on a real estate”. Our Company complies with “Professional Liability Insurance” and “ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System” requirements.
