Gene Therapy Comes of Age Elisigen is a clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in May 2018 on the Korea University Anam campus. We are committed to improving patients' lives by harnessing the curative potential of gene therapy. We are developing innovative AAV (Adeno-Associated Virus) gene therapy product candidates to treat retinal and neurological diseases with significant unmet needs. Leveraging our proprietary technologies, our product candidates are designed and optimized for safety and efficacy, with the goal of providing broader access to patients. Our company plans to enter the global market quickly by developing innovative treatments through target-specific vector engineering and recombinant AAV manufacturing technologies. Additionally, we aim to build collaborative relationships with major pharmaceutical companies, biotech ventures, hospitals, and others, leveraging globally competitive platform technologies to carry out new drug development projects.
