Elipsis is an Industrial IoT platform that connects machines, plants and business systems, turning shop-floor data into measurable energy savings, productivity and compliance. Where the data does not exist, we create it with sensors and edge computing. Where it exists, we read it, integrating with PLC, SCADA, MES and ERP. The path is always the same: field, data lake, processing, action back on the shop floor. ENERGY. Real-time monitoring, consumption diagnosis by line, shift and cost centre, algorithms that quantify inefficiencies (idle and off-hours consumption, cycle saturation, setpoints, compressed air leaks, waste heat recovery) and turn them into actions ranked by economic impact. PERFORMANCE. The same assets seen from the production side: OEE, downtime causes, energy cost per unit, predictive maintenance on motors, compressors and pumps through vibration analysis. COMPLIANCE. Scope 1 and 2 emissions accounting under the GHG Protocol, audit-grade data supporting CSRD reporting, continuous monitoring of incentive requirements with evidence that holds up under inspection. The platform is built on three independent layers: the data infrastructure, Elipsis REA, the application layer where vertical modules plug in, and Elipsis AI, the engine of models and agents that feeds them. Data flows back to ERP, MES and BI systems: we do not build dashboards that stay isolated. We work with Italian manufacturers and with enterprise customers in high-criticality environments.
