Elfkare Information

At Elfkare, we are on a mission to empower people balancing work, life and caregiving. Our vision is to harness AI to help caregivers and working families save time and gain peace of mind by orchestrating care, connecting with others and providing access to critical resources about caregiving. Our aim is to partner with organisations to help them enhance and differentiate their Employee Value Proposition with a unique and tailored offering for working families and caregivers. In an ever-changing demographic landscape with an aging population, the likelihood of becoming a caregiver in our lifetime is close to 100%. Whether it's caring for a child, aging parent, sick relative, disabled family member, or even ourselves, every caregiving journey is as unique as the people we are caring for. At Elfkare, we offer a revolutionary AI personal assistant to employees through their employers, providing a comprehensive set of features to support, streamline, and empower caregivers and working families. Our platform seamlessly handles flexible working requests, orchestrates and coordinates care arrangements, offers a curated selection of care-related products and services, connects caregivers with others facing similar challenges, and provides access to a wealth of critical caregiving resources. We understand that caregiving can be both rewarding and challenging, which is why our mission is to relieve the burden and provide the peace of mind needed to foster a healthy work-life-care balance. Join us on this transformative journey as we revolutionise the caregiving landscape. Together, we can create an inclusive and compassionate work environment that enables caregivers and working families to thrive, not just survive!
