Our teacher training program is taught by Peggy Wallace, a Master Trainer with the Pilates Sports Center. The PSC program is a comprehensive teacher training program with 120 hours of lecture time, and training in both classical Pilates and rehab protocols. We also offering Pilates for Golf personal training, with certifications through the Pilates Golf Coach program and the ITT Pilates for Golf training. We offer life coaching and wellness coaching services, tailored specifically for the individual to provide the structure and support necessary to meet your personal goals. Peggy Wallace is an ACC certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and competed her training through the internationally recognized Coach Training Institute.
