Since 2012, Elevated Integration has delivered hundreds of homes of every size, from city apartments to an estate in Bermuda with forty video sources across five buildings. On new developments we are often in the building before owners move in, so the residence is secured and working on day one. A good part of what we do is fixing systems other firms built. We take over ten to fifteen a year, and what we find is almost always the same: the design was wrong, the work was wrong, or no one ever understood what the family wanted the house to do. Second homes are where this matters most. A house that sits empty Monday to Thursday collects small problems no one catches until you walk in Friday night. We watch the property between visits and clear them before you arrive, and we put the same house in your hand from anywhere: lights, climate, shades, and security on one system, checked or shut down for the season from your phone. We work with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, and interior designers across Westchester, New York City, Fairfield County, the Hamptons, Nantucket, and the Bahamas.
