Our Vision Elevate empowers young professionals (YP's) to thrive in the business world through education, philanthropy, mentoring, entrepreneurship and networking. We partner with community-based charities by donating generously of our time, talents and treasures. Why Elevate? Over the past 10+ yrs the method of doing business has changed drastically. The traditional way of doing business through networking was put on the back burner for many companies when the internet really blossomed. Everyone switched to online sites, services and marketing strategies. Over the past year we’ve noticed a trend where businesses are looking at networking as a viable source of business again. The problem with this scenario is that the YP's who entered the workplace during the internet boom aren’t fully equipped to handle networking and the traditional ways of doing business. We are used to doing everything online, making face to face interaction uncharted territory. This is especially true in technology fields where many YP's thrive. Elevate is the solution, we help to bridge the gap between the generations as well as the methods of doing business. We have great role models to show our young professionals the traditional way of doing business. With this guidance we are able to combine the new and old ways of doing business together to create a hybrid business model that gets the best of both worlds. Simply put, we empower YP's to reach their potential in an ever changing world.
