Elevate Wellness is an integrative women’s health practice in Fairfax, Virginia led by board-certified OB-GYN Dr. Melissa Delgado, MD, FACOG. The practice focuses on personalized gynecologic and whole-body care including hormone health, endometriosis, pelvic health, and wellness for women at every life stage. Our approach blends traditional gynecology with integrative and lifestyle medicine to support hormone balance, endometriosis care, pelvic and gut health, and long-term wellness. Our mission is to elevate the standard of women’s healthcare through intentional, personalized care that supports the whole woman—physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
