We deliver long-term, life-changing relationships with urban youth 24/7/365. Elevate Phoenix is privately funded in order to provide programming free of charge to our schools. Elevate Phoenix develops stable, consistent relationships with urban students by providing full time Teacher-Mentors to create structure and accountability for transformation. The Elevate Phoenix curriculum is designed to teach character, life skills, and leadership to urban students. Accredited classes are taught in and approved by the Phoenix Union High School District. The heart of our success is the work of our team of full-time staff who serve as teachers, mentors, and life coaches to students over multiple years. Our success is measured by the success of our kids. With your support, we have the opportunity to grow this program across the entire Phoenix Union High School District, serving 17 urban title one schools and well over 20k+ students.
