All 56 of our Academies are committed to achieving this vision through developing character, competence and sense of community with every child. We aim to provide a rich educational experience underpinned by our philosophy of education; inspirational leadership, deep learning and healthy communities. We hold an expansive vision of the role that education can play in contributing to building strong and vibrant communities and our Academies are all part of community hubs. This wider educational experience is an important feature of our Academies. Born out of the global charity Oasis, the overarching ethos is reflected throughout the Oasis family; Equality, Inclusion, Healthy Relationships, Hope and Perseverance.
