ELEVATE CAPITAL IS A PROPERTY INVESTMENT FIRM. WE INVEST AND MANAGE AND SELL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN SOUTH AFRICA. Elevate Capital is based in Cape Town and have been selling, buying and letting residential property since 2003. We have access to exclusive properties across South Africa, although our focus area still remain the greater Cape Town. We invest in properties that deliver significant value in the form of either once-off profit, or recurring income from Buy-to-Let properties. But we don't buy it all ourselves, we share. We will acquire a minimum of 15% ownership and offer the balance to investors. We live by the philosophy of "what's good enough for us, is good enough for our investors..." We only invest in profit centers that are cash-flow positive from day one and average 12% net yield on the Buy-to-Let properties. Elevate Capital is an active bridging finance specialist and a member of BFASA (Bridging Finance association of South Africa). We assist anyone who need access to their money before transfer of properties, regardless if the proceeds are coming from a sale of a house, a further bond (mortgage loan), an estate late, business sale, commercial property, etc. We also finance property speculators and developers with cash-flow needs of up to R18million against the security of unencumbered property.
