ElementPM Information

We are veterans from the digital agency world on a mission. As project managers and leaders, we’ve struggled for years to find the proper way to train new and existing project managers, producers and account executives. Our agencies weren’t big enough to devote time to creating in-house training or sending team members to proper training. The available trainings were either too focused on task management or too rigid a framework. We believe that a happy medium of solid skills with the ability and knowledge to manage change is possible. We also believe it can be achieved based on industry standard project management skills such as those developed by the Project Management Institute. ElementPM is the combination of our experience leading creative teams in agency environments and PMI principles to provide junior, mid and senior-level project managers, producers and account executives with actionable and practical skills to deliver projects or campaigns on time, on budget and on strategy.
