Element Training Information

Element Training is a dedicated time and space designed to encourage and support you to MOVE your body regularly, create clarity of mind and centre your emotions. We are a dedicated and eclectic bunch of girls connected by passion and purpose who love making the most of Mother Nature's playground. We LOVE training - honestly - and we're pretty good at sharing it with others! Each trainer brings something unique to the team and has her own creative way of putting what each client needs into a challenging, balanced and rewarding session. Between us we have years (plenty of them!) of experience in coaching all levels of fitness and guiding individual client needs. Our intention is to inspire and support you along your path to wellness. We get that this is an individual journey that can often need a helping hand or a fresh perspective and that taking great care of yourself is a lifelong mission. Caring about your health is what we are here to do. Whether thats holding the space for you to move your body regularly or drawing your focus back toward healthy food choices or simply spending time out in nature as you clear your head and balance your emotions, we'll be here for you. We believe in balance and simplicity and understand the power in clear and focused intention behind all that we do. We don't give energy to expectation or perfection instead our commitment to health is a sustainable, flowing one that allows for all that life brings along the way. We teach, inspire and share from the inside out, our heart is at the centre of what we give to you.
