Element [Shrub] creates non-alcoholic, hand crafted herbal elixirs made with fresh fruit, apple cider vinegar and exotic herbs and spices. Element [Shrub] started when my wife and I were pregnant with our first child. She had become increasingly dissatisfied with the selection of non-alcoholic beverages on the market and was craving something with more complexity made with real ingredients and not a ton of sugar. The shrubs that we create satisfied every aspect of my wife’s craving. The vinegar adds savory notes to the fruit and herbs and spices to create a flavor that is complex and refreshing. Our products and flavors are truly unique and with 20 calories or fewer per serving, wholesome enough to drink every day.
