Element Resources Fund Information

The Element Resources Fund will invest in small to “mid-cap” resources companies across the base and precious metals, coal, bulks, uranium and oil and gas via a variety of investment instruments including; equity, debt, convertible notes and options. The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers and whilst these investments will generally be made in publicly listed entities (across global markets), they may include private transactions. Element Resources has an experienced team in exploration, mining and a successful track record of funds management in the resources, having managed five resource funds over two decades.
