Element Development is a real estate investment and development company, focused on commercial & residential real estate opportunities in Romania. The company was born from the solid experience and proven track records of its owner, Ionut Dumitrescu – former main shareholder of Eurisko Consulting. Eurisko Consulting was established in 1997 and in 10 years grew to become the most important local brokerage & consultancy company, successfully sold at the beginning of 2008 to CB Richard Ellis, the global leader in real estate services. After selling Eurisko, Dumitrescu focused on growing Element Development, which is today one of the most active local real estate developers, with a remarkable track record and current projects worth of 20 million EUR. The company has two ongoing projects: Bistrita Retail Park, a shopping gallery of 9,000 sq. m. near the old city center and Targoviste Retail Park, a 11,000-sq. m. in the city center, near Mitropoliei Park and House of Culture.
