These strong partnerships enable us to supply a variety from standard off-the-shelf trading products, to completely customized solutions & services. Elektronix as a Group consists of several companies acquired into the Group the last few years. Elektronix AS, an Industrial IT and Networking company was established in 1981 and Com-Scan Norge AS, a CCTV company, in 1983. The two companies merged in 2013. Saven Hitech AB, an Industrial IT established in 1996, came into the Group in 2012. In 2015, the Security & Surveillance company Svensk Sakerhetsvideo (SSV) was acquired. SSV was established in 1993. The two companies merged in January 2016 and became Elektronix AB. Together with the acquisition of SSV, we also welcomed Divacont Oy into the Group. This company is now Elektronix Oy.
