Who is Eleesium? Eleesium is an online coaching practice helping people and organisations to level up in terms of growth and development. What do you specialise in? Eleesium specialises in the inner workings: the mind, psyche, patterns and behaviour, helping the client to reveal for themselves the answers to their predicaments caused by internal barriers or blocks that are created in the mind, that formalise your belief system. Why do you do it? Like everyone in life, we all experience ups and downs, and we often let the negative situations get to us. The most detrimental part of this is that many of us allow this situation to define us, and so limiting beliefs are created, which are your very own internal barriers to stop you from reaching that desired outcome/goal. In short, it’s about me giving back to the world and sharing best practices. How Eleesium can help… Eleesium uses very specific tools and techniques picked up from various practices, such as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), hypnotherapy, and EFT (emotional freedom technique) to allow it to go straight to the root cause, and not just ease the symptoms, for them to later return. How does it work? During a typical session with me, it will play out as follows: rather than sit there and I tell you all that you should be doing, I put the onus on you; if you are committed and you take responsibility, that’s where the magic happens. The reason it’s done like this is that believe it or not, many of us do not like to be told what’s best for them by other people.
