In 1855, Dura opened the first carpentry store on Rotterdam's Katendrecht. Vermeer started its road company in Cruquius in 1961, and in 1998 we merged into the one company Dura Vermeer. A large number of great and special construction and infrastructure projects later, there is a company with nearly 3,000 employees and a turnover of 1.8 billion euros.
