Electron Heat Information

Electron Heat is a new and innovative 3 step process to curing composites and adhesives with high-voltage radio frequency (RF) energy. Step 1: We add our proprietary additive, Instant Heat, to the composite or adhesive. Step 2: We adjust your molds so that they are able to conduct the RF through the part. Step 3: We connect our custom power converter to the molds to generate a controlled temperature that interacts directly with the Instant Heat to create a full cure directly in the part, lessening the heat on the mold itself, with a significantly reduced cure time. Electron Heat is compatible with FRP, RTM, casting, compression, potting, adhesive and laminating applications.
