Elect v.o.f. was founded in 1994 as a consultancy firm for microelectronic production techniques. Over the course of the years, it has developed into a high-quality high-tech assembly plant and transfererd into Elect B.V. . In 2024 Elect was taken over by PM group and continued as Elect High Tech Electronics B.V.
