Eldflow Information

Eldflow is one system for facilitators, coaches and practitioners who currently hold a practice together across ten different tools. Events, courses, bookings, retreats, forms, emails, payments and pages live in the same place, and they know about each other. Someone registers for a retreat, and the payment, the confirmation, the rooming list, the schedule and the follow-up all follow from that one action. Nothing needs copying between apps in the evening. Because it is one system, every contact has a single timeline rather than a folder of exports. You can see who opened the last newsletter, who booked but has not paid, and who quietly stopped coming. Automations handle the repetitive follow-up, so the parts that need a person stay with the person. Clients get their own portal for bookings, courses and payments, which is usually the end of being asked what time it starts.
