Our patented, high-performance single-component thermoplastic polymer is sprayed on as a liquid, but cures within four hours into a watertight, puncture resistant and UV resistant membrane. ElastiKote® is an environmentally friendly product that is resistant to bacteria, algae, fungus, and radon. ElastiKote is not an emulsion and contains no asphalt.
