Elastic Mint is a Bristol-based software consultancy founded in 2018. We work with founders building something for the first time, and with leaders who have inherited systems that are quietly holding their business back. Most of the problems we're brought in to solve aren't really technology problems. They come from decisions made before anyone wrote a line of code: unclear scope, untested assumptions, or the wrong solution chosen under pressure. We work in small, focused teams. We ask a lot of questions before we start. And we build only what the situation actually calls for. We've worked with organisations including Preqin, Microsoft Research, and Bath University, as well as founders at much earlier stages who needed a trusted partner rather than just a pair of hands.
