With over 20 years experience as a management consultant and coach, and 10 years in corporate roles of Director, Founder, MD, I think of myself now as a 'Modern Elder', sharing wisdom, guidance and networks with individuals, organisations and teams. Working as a senior consultant and executive coach, I have worked across 21 countries with a wide range of sectors, developing a specialism in working with female leaders and startups and SMEs whose challenge is to manage innovation, creativity and change. Having lived and worked in Qatar for 8 years, where I was actively involved in the Startup Ecosystem in the MENA Region, I have a strong understanding of the region and maintain close connections enabling me to advise individuals who see the advantages of establishing an office or business in the UAE. Coaching professionals who are keen to make a difference and untap their own inner power and strength is the focus of all I do.
