It was established by Dr. Robert A Raff in 1963 and is one of the oldest businesses in Downtown El Monte. Many of our adult patients remember coming here as a kids and remember Dr. Raff as a very kind doctor. Dr. Lam joined the practice in 1999. She hopes her young patients will someday remember her as a kind doctor too. We are a small family optometry practice. Our goal is to serve our patients with personal, professional and honest services. We take most insurance and financing options and layaway. Gift certificates are available for low income children.
