El Dorado Drilling Company is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and any persons who may be at our drilling location during operations. Our equipment is well maintained and our employees are well trained in drilling operations and safety measures. It is our policy for all employees, contract laborers, and visitors to follow OSHA guidelines concerning PPE at all times. Employees are required to immediately report all incidents, unsafe practices/conditions or damaged equipment to the Rig Manager on duty or to the Rig Operations Manager in the office. This practice ensures that any and all safety issues are resolved as quickly as possible. We are constantly striving to improve our workplace safety by implementing several policies which include the following:Safety meeting performed prior to each rig move with company employees and trucking company employees. FR clothing is provided during specific drilling operations as required by OSHARig Inspection performed by an independent Risk Control ConsultantRig Managers have completed Well Control Training Certification at the University of OklahomaDaily safety meetings on various topics provided by the IADCAnnual Wild Well Control field course for crew members on an annual basisCrew members trained in First Aid/CPROn Job Training program for all field level employees completed under the supervision of immediate supervisor and/or rig managerEnvironment:El Dorado Drilling Company is committed to being a good steward of the environment and a good neighbor to landowners and communities surrounding our drilling locations. It is a top priority to keep our drilling locations clean from commencement of operations at the location to actual move out of our drilling equipment. Our employees are well trained in our policies on housekeeping practices on the rig floor, rig location and surrounding land. The biggest factor of environmental protection is prevention. Our equipment is periodically inspected and routine maintenance is performed to prevent any type of spill or contamination from occurring on our drilling site. El Dorado Drilling Company has a current SPCC plan in effect. All necessary forms are completed prior to moving to each new drilling location and are posted in the doghouse as soon as the rig up is complete. This ensures that, should a spill or contamination occur, the appropriate measures will be taken immediately and the necessary agencies will be informed. We at El Dorado Drilling Company are very mindful of the safety of all our employees as well as other contract laborers and visitors that may be on our drilling locations.
