Total value of completed works is more than 1 Billion $.Energy: A Group company, Prestij Enerji Üretim A.Ş., holds the license to build and operate a 25.4 MW Hydropower Plant for 49 years. The construction of the dam and power plant had commenced in 2009 and the facility was fully operational in March 2013. Tourism:EKSEN holds the concession rights for 49 years to develop a coastal zone with an area of 165 decares, is situated in Bafra Tourism Zone in Northern Cyprus -expected to be one of the most popular destinations of the region.
