Siri and Brett want to ensure that classes honour the structure and biomechanics of the human body. They will strive to ensure that practice for all will be of long-term benefit to each person, and not cause harm or injury. Siri is an RYT 200 and working on her 500 hour training. Brett is an RYT 200 through our own NASYS training. Siri teaches awesome Yin classes and Brett rocks the Warrior Class on surfboards (indoor) as well as guides meditation every week. The Ekahi Center also offers Yoga Teacher Training a few times a year. We offer 200 hour and 300 hour training. This is the most comprehensive training you will find anywhere.
