EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction (EIT STEM Talent) is an EU-funded programme led by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), supporting access to STEM careers and helping address Europe’s talent and skills gap in STEM fields. As part of the STEM Education Strategic Plan and the Union of Skills, we aim to engage and train 700,000 people across Europe by 2028, helping build the skilled, diverse and entrepreneurial STEM workforce Europe needs to drive innovation, strengthen competitiveness and secure long-term prosperity. As part of the EIT Community, Europe’s largest innovation ecosystem, we bring together higher education, industry and partner organisations across Europe. Through our learning platform, funding for new induction and training activities, and Europe-wide network of partners, we help people discover STEM pathways, develop relevant competencies and access further learning, training and career opportunities.
