Einar Mattsson Group consists of Einar Mattsson Projekt AB, which develops real estates, Einar Mattsson Byggnads AB, which constructs and builds real estates, Einar Mattsson Fastighetsförvaltning AB, which manages property management services, Einar Mattsson Fastighets AB owns the properties and Heirloom Asset Management. The Einar Mattsson Group aims to develop and build 4,000 new homes over the next ten years. Today we own about 5,623 homes with a focus on (according to the magazine Vogue) the world's third hottest urban area - Södermalm.
