Benson Elliot is a leading, independent pan-European private equity real-estate fund manager. Founded in 2015, The Regeneration Group ("TRG") is a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Company, focused predominantly on Sustainable Urbanism and Regeneration projects in the UK. TRG's highly experienced Board of Directors and Executive Team can demonstrate over 150 years of combined property industry experience working for organisations such as: Grosvenor, Sir Robert McAlpine, Grainger, Savills, Development Securities, JLL, Soho Estates, the Duchy of Lancaster, Carlyle Group, Chelsfield, Norton Rose, Goldman Sachs and Heron Corporation. Working with our development partners, TRG originate, research and construct carefully selected deals in our own SPV funds and invite our Institutional, Family Office and High Net Worth investors to participate in structured investments. TRG's investment committee are continually assessing deals and have an existing pipeline of projects worth in excess of £300m. We are currently advising Architekton Ltd, one of the UK's leading architecture and design companies specialising in sustainable urbanism and regeneration schemes, on a large urban regeneration project in the centre of Norwich and a mixed-use project in Spitalfields. We are actively looking for new development opportunities with Architekton and our other development partners. Given the diverse range of projects under consideration, TRG can provide fund structures which range from a single investor managed account through to listed funds offered to both institutional and retail investors.
